The location and view were spectacular, gardens and terraces beautiful, delicious meals, friendly staff, favorite place in Tuscany, pool and quiet garden.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We felt very welcomed, had a nice tour of the facilities, the staff was very friendly and the park was wonderful. The receptionist was very nice and gave us good information on getting around town and good places to dine. We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Maria. Exceptional design and we highly recommend it to future customers.

Room and bathroom very nice and clean. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding of the hotel and the pool is beautiful.

The first 200 m going to the city are on a narrow street without sidewalk. There should be a second exit in the lower part of the hotel, going to a side street.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in Tuscany with stunning views of the beautiful hills. The location is perfectly situated, offering easy access to all the important sights. The garden is a fantastic place to relax and soak up the sun. One of the best aspects of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. Another great benefit was the delicious breakfast, with fresh and tasty options to choose from.

The internet was only available in the lobby, which made it inconvenient for us to stay connected while in the room. the swimming pool was not ideal for swimming but it did offer a nice place to cool off in the hot weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria. The room was not the biggest one but was very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool.

Although the breakfast was ok, a bit more variation might be a good idea.

Great countryside views and relaxing terrace chillout areas. Easy to find and well connected. Best aspects of this hotel are the location surrounded by picturesque landscapes and the chillout areas that made our stay really relaxing.

Very basic and small rooms, very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Terrible shower and old towels.

We are so happy and lucky to have picked villa maria . the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions.our room (with a view) was always clean and comfortable. the breakfast was varied and plentiful with both hot and cold items. lucca and lucky, two hardworking and personable young villa maria's staff people ,were so effcient and did so much to make our stay very enjoyable. the villa maria is so much more than a hotel. it was an actual villa with beautiful grounds ,wonderful views, and a mix of old and modern tuscany. since it is located 2 to 3 miles outside of town center it would be the best to have a car. if you do this is the very best place you could stay.

This place is a gem. the rates and location are great. there is a new elevator . there are several patios, courtyards and decks to choose from to have a relaxing drink or caffe to enjoy the views. we really liked this place.

The landscape & grounds of hotel

I recently stayed at a hotel in Montecatini Terme and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and attention to detail. The rooms had all the amenities you would need, including a hairdryer and mini fridge, which can be hard to find in Italy. The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing in Tuscany, with easy access to both lower and higher Montecatini. Additionally, the staff were friendly and the basic amenities were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was served promptly at 7:30.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were ok.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location and views. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Handy for trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa, Siena.

We stayed in a hotel situated in the hills of Tuscany, which was an excellent spot for exploring the area. The hotel was situated in a mini park and near to the funicular. The rooms were outdated, but had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet was nice with many choices. we enjoyed the breathtaking view from the terrace and the well-maintained garden.

The stairs were a bit of an issue for people with limited mobility.

For a relatively cheap price this hotel was OK - but staff were not always available, the bar was not open, and the breakfast was not very good.
